Honorary consul of Portugal in Israel, Tel Aviv District Michael Itzhar Belachovsky Veteran of the Prime Minister’s Office, served in the Diplomatic Corps in various countries, specializing in the field of intelligence and security.
He established the Chamber of Commerce Israel – Portugal and served as president for about 20 years.

In 2002 Mr. Itzhar was awarded by the President of the Portuguese Republic the title of “Officer of the Order of Commercial Merit” for his outstanding contribution to the development of economic and cultural ties between the two countries.

Anthony started his career in Shanghai, China, setting up an E-commerce start-up called M1NT Cellars introducing foreign wines on a tailored online platform, delivering throughout China.
As a 3rd generation from a family active in Real Estate, Anthony has been working in the field of Real Estate investment from acquisition to development of residential and commercial properties with one focus to optimizing the value of building and restructuring of property. His experience ranges from High-end developments and yielding property management in Belgium to commercial properties in Germany and Residential developments is Eastern Europe. As as the managing partner from the niche consulting firm Terra Reim, he focussed onfinancial consulting and restructuring Real Estate Portfolios in Europe.

His hands-on and result driven approach are the cornerstones of a successful management.
Anthony holds a Bachelor in Applied economics and Business Science from Lessius Business School in Antwerp an extension of KU Leuven.

Yair started his career as an intern at Shibolet & Co law firm in the field of commercial law Specialization in the fields of: Companies, Hotels, Taxes and Real Estate law. He then moved on to become a Manager-Director at Plaza Hotel Tel Aviv LTD. The company owns the “Herods” Hotel TLV. The hotel is managed by Fattal hotels chain. In 2019 he was appointed as a Director at Real Estate Participations in Israel Ltd (REP) until 2021, a governmental company founded in 1968. REP is an asset management company providing total management services in Israel. REP manages approximately 160 yielding assets, including office buildings, commercial centers, logistic parks, industrial complexes, parking lots, residential units and more. In 2021 Yair was appointed Director and Member of the Strategy and Business Development Committee, the Israël Experience an Educational Tourism Company from the Israeli government.

Yair has extensive experience in the Project Management and Development of upscale residential and office buildings as well as in the Asset Management of office and retail assets. Yair is a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 2014. Yair holds a Master in Government Specialization in Counter-Terrorism and Homeland Security, Cluster in Cyber-Terrorism from IDC Herzliya and a LL.B Specialization in International Business Law and Bachelor in Business Administration from IDC Herzliya
